ARRIVAL TIME: Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service time is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service. SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCIES: If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, or in the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients. CANCELLATIONS: Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for any reason, we understand but request that you contact us outside of the 24-hour time frame of your appointment, to reschedule. Cancellations made within the 24-hour time frame may be charged half of the service charge.
